Pharmaceutical Quality assurance is the most vital and almost inseparable parts of the healthcare industry, be it healthcare product manufacturing, logistics, supply chain or even healthcare service providers. This broad definition includes one to all healthcare product and service providers who in one or other way touch the lives and health of people and are trusted for providing the safest quality of products. Here comes the role of QA & QC. Proficient and effective QA and QC checks are much needed to ensure safe products in the market.
The course is designed for students and industry professionals who have little or no knowledge of Quality assurance /Control. This course will help them understand the fundamental and concepts of Quality Assurance. This course also provides the basic principles and practices of Quality Management and the use of robust Quality Systems in the pharmaceutical industry. The presented material also applies to the biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, device and cosmetic industries and to suppliers, including API manufacturers. The course also includes the role of quality, major elements of pharmaceutical quality, the impact of management practices, the features of an effective quality organization, quality management throughout the product lifecycle, and the role of corporate quality. This course discusses current quality issues including company reorganizations, outsourcing, the evolution of FDA approaches, global standards and the use of such techniques as Risk Management, Quality-by-Design, and the Quality System approach. It will enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of QA and QC. AS a Quality control/ Quality assurance officer anyone will work in the Quality department of a pharmaceutical company. The main aim of the Quality Assurance revolves around controlling quality and assuring the best possible product.
