REPORT-06/08/2016

            The Department of Human Rights and I.H.L had organized four days UGC sponsored national level workshop on Human Rights & Duty Education started from 06/08/2016 at S. S. Ajmera Law College, Gondal.

          The said workshop was inaugurated by Hon’ble M. J. Jadeja on 06/08/2016 in presence of Dr. R. M. Dave, H.O.D. of the Department of Human Rights & IHL, Dr. B. G. Maniar H.O.D. Department of Law, Saurashtara University, Dr. B. N. Manjaria, of the Department of Human Rights & IHL, Dr. A. N. Chauhan of the Department of Law, Smt. Rakshben Dave, Hon’ble President of Gondal Nagarpalika, Hon’ble Chairman, Gondal Nagarpalika and other dignitaries remained present.  As many as 10 women delegates from Rajkot attended the said workshop.

        The number of students participated in the said workshop as on date 06/08/2016 were 130. The resource person Dr. M. J. Jadeja explained about the importance of human duties and its place in Indian education, religion and culture. Dr. B. G. Maniar elaborated the duties of the citizens of India and their importance in strengthening humanity. He considered it as an essential human value. Dr. R. M. Dave explained the importance and role of human duties in values.
